Capsule Wardrobe
A capsule wardrobe is the idea of having a collection of essential pieces that never go out of style, and fit together cohesively.
  •  1970– Susie Faux, who owned the “Wardrobe” boutique in the West End, started the idea of a “capsule wardrobe”.
  •  1985– Donna Karen released her “7 easy piece collection,”introducing interchangeable pieces of work-wear for women in America.
Personally, I love this and think everyone should consider this idea when it comes to their closet. It makes getting dressed in the mornings effortless, the color scheme is cohesive, and ultimately you’ll have more select styles – those pieces that you’ve invested in to last many, many years. No clutter; no clothing waste; no wasted time.

If you haven’t considered a capsule wardrobe, give it some thought. Maybe your wardrobe already runs this way? Either way, investing in a Vivix piece offers you a great product to add to a capsule wardrobe – it will last you years.
