Refund Policy

We accept refunds and exchanges.

Returns

If you require a return, we will gladly accept them. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Vivix 659 offers complimentary shipping on your original purchase over $150.00 (continental USA only). Shipping charges back to Vivix 659 on exchanged and returned items will not be covered by Vivix 659. Shipping charges for exchanges and returns are the responsibility of the customer. In no way is Vivix 659 responsible for damaged or lost items when shipped back to us.

Likewise, Vivix 659 offers complimentary shipping back to you on returns and exchanges on orders over $150.00 (continental USA only). 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Some types of goods are exempt from being returned, including Sale items. All Sale items are Final Sale items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Send an email to info@vivix659.com to begin the process of your return. Please include your order number, email address and phone number. We will contact you as soon as possible. Any emails received after 5:00 pm Pacific Standard Time Friday will not be answered until after 8:00 am Pacific Standard Time Monday.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) including, but not limited to, any item not in its original condition; any items that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds

To begin the process, please email info@vivix659.com with your order number, email address and phone number. We will contact you as soon as possible.

After we have contacted you, and once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your returned item(s) is/are approved for refund, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-14 business days.

For late or missing refunds (if applicable), please contact us at info@vivix659.com and we will resolve it as soon as possible.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. All Sale Items are Final Sale.

Exchanges

If you require an exchange, we will gladly accept them. Shipping charges back to Vivix 659 on exchanged and returned items will not be covered by Vivix 659 on any order under $150.00 (continental USA only).

All other shipping exchanges and returns are the responsibility of the customer. Likewise, Vivix 659 will offer complimentary shipping back to you on returns and exchanges on orders over $150.00 (continental USA only).

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, send us an email at info@vivix659.com with your order number, email and phone number and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Defective / Damaged Items

Should you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please email us at info@vivix659.com including your order number, email address, and phone number. We will contact you as soon as possible.

On defective / damaged items, Vivix 659 will cover the cost of shipping the defective / damaged item back to us, and the shipping charges to replace the defective / damaged item.

Return Shipping

To return your product, please send us an email at info@vivix659.com with your order number, email address and phone number. We will contact you as soon as possible.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is defective / damaged; or on orders under $150.00 (continental USA only). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
